How to write copyrights right?
7 May 2017 #1
Hi! I tried to upload a photo from flickr. I placed a link where you can see the actual pic in flick (who took it and link to license), photographs name and link to license. What else should I do? The license allows the photo to be shared.

#4 Thanks! It´s been about 10 years since I have played mds (finnish version) so I tend to get a bit confused with everythig that has changed. Back in the days we only wrote copyrihts in to descriptionbox so I just assumed it would still be like that. What about when I take the screenshot about the permission do I just screenshot the license and do I need to write anything on it like for example horses name or anything?

No problem! Rules have changed over the years so it's good that you're checking them c: You just screenshot the permission, and upload it, no need to write horse names or anything like that on the screenshot. When you upload a picture to be validates crew members will check the text on the photo, then check your design album for permission if it's not own photographed. Just make sure the text you put on the picture matches up to the text you have in your design album and your picture should be approved without a problem! If you have any more questions just ask and I'm sure someone will get back to you!

#3 Hey there, if you are using a photo with permission you have to upload a screenshot of the permission in you design album, even if you are using a photo from a free to use website. You also have to write on the picture itself to show who took the photo. Writing such in the horses description is unfortunately not enough.

You can write like this on the picture:
Photo by ´´John Doe´´ on pixabay
Or copyright by ´´john doe´´ on pixabay
or similar.
